Client: BVG (Berlin’s public transport agency) in collaboration with Trafi

Led the end-to-end execution of BVG’s award-winning Mobility-as-a-Service platform Jelbi in collaboration with Trafi.

From strategy to launch, I managed hundreds of stakeholders across legal, procurement, product, and marketing — resulting in a Berlin-wide rollout, 100K+ downloads after launch, global press, and a new in-house team that successfully continues to scale the product to date.
