Leading complex projects or companies, making sure it's a success AND the team has fun, is learning and growing while working is what I do best. I always work with an eye on process improvement and efficiency – but more important to keep the team motivated and inspired.

I do speak the different languages of the team - developer, designer, lawyer, marketer, manager - connecting the dots to establish a valuable relationship with the client - and empower individuals of my team to deliver their best possible work. If that means to help prototype, deep dive into contracts, run the 3D printer, adjust the project scope, become an expert on data protection or procurement, solder, lead workshops, glue LEDs aka learn something totally new - I'm game.

As an entrepreneurial spirit myself I’m hungry to learn, always curious and know how to swim in ice cold water.
